Life Questions
These questions are for you to consider individually and in Life Groups; take time going through these and allow questions to create conversation. Read the bible passages above.
1. (Luke 1:49) What are the great things God has done for you?
2. (Luke 1:47) What does Mary mean about her soul and spirit?
3. (Luke 1:50) How does God’s mercy extend to generations?

We pray for and celebrate with Sarah Packwood, Tracy Rice and Suzy Taylor as they have their Birthdays on Saturday 23rd!

Christmas Cards by the front door are for you to take away and distribute to your friends and neighbours; particularly non-Christians (along with the HOPE magazine). They contain our Christmas service times, so they act as an invite as well as a Christmas greeting
Christmas Greetings Board in the welcome area is for your card to the whole church if you would like to do this and donate the money you would have spent on individual cards to charity

Our People: We pray for our families and friends as we spend time with them over Christmas; help us to be witnesses for the gift of Jesus to them this Christmas. Help us to speak boldly of God’s overwhelming love for us.
Our Community: We pray for those in our community for whom Christmas is a sad or lonely time. We pray for comfort and ask that God nudges someone to invite them into their own celebrations, or provides for them in some way. If the nudge is for us, we pray for the courage to ask and the means to provide for an extra person this year.
Our World: We pray for those across the world for whom celebrating Jesus’ birth is a risk; we ask for the oppressors to turn a blind eye this year.
We also pray that shoeboxes and gifts/finances for other Christmas Appeals make their way to their intended destinations safely and individuals are blessed through the generosity of others this Christmas.
